2. Website Use

Designs shown may include customised projects completed for individual clients.

3. Consultations

Booking a consultation does not constitute a construction or manufacturing agreement.

A project officially begins only after:

• Acceptance of the quotation
• Payment of the required deposit
• Approval of drawings
• Signing of the project agreement (where applicable)

4. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated:

• Quotations remain valid for 7 days
• Prices may change due to material costs or project modifications
• Additional work requested after approval will be quoted separately

5. Payments

Standard payment terms are:

• 60% Advance Payment
• 40% Prior to Delivery & Installation

Different payment schedules may apply depending on project scope.

6. Design Changes

Any design changes requested after approval may result in:

• Additional costs
• Revised timelines
• New quotations

7. Materials & Colours

Natural materials including:

• Wood
• Veneer
• Stone
• Marble

may vary slightly in colour, grain, texture, or pattern.

These variations are considered natural characteristics rather than defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Etherial Design & Implementation shall not be liable for:

• Website interruptions
• Printing or typographical errors
• Supplier delays
• Shipping delays
• Material shortages
• Building approval delays
• Force majeure events beyond our control

10. Governing Law
